1. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must be 18 years or older to make purchases or register for events. Children under 18 must have parental consent to participate in classes or events. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Class Registration & Cancellations

Class spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.

3. Product Purchases

All sales are final unless an item is defective. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, patterns, and class materials, are the property of Yarn Therapy LLC and may not be copied, shared, or sold without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yarn Therapy LLC is not liable for any injuries, allergies, or damage resulting from the use of our products or participation in our events or classes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially,andwe will resume sending SMS messages to you.
